Account Leadership

As a Strategic Account Director at Slalom, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead a team of professionals to collaborate with Sales Executives and create account plans.
  • Manage a portfolio of $2.5 to $5 Million in revenue and cultivate relationships at the Director, Vice President, and C-Suite level.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience managing teams through all lifecycles of a project.
  • 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry, with experience growing accounts and delivering on projects.
  • Extensive experience in account management and client relationships, with a focus on revenue management and strategic growth.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
