We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in our Irvine clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of helping people live long and healthy lives.

Job Summary:

  • This position involves providing healthcare services under the supervision of a physician, conducting reviews of vital signs and previous treatments, and counseling patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze patient files, data, and notes to prepare files for doctor review.
  • Examine patients and conduct vitals (BP, Temp. & Weight) prior to appointment.
  • Conduct specialized tests including InBody, Right Eye, ANS, and Balance.
  • Order medical supplies or equipment as needed.
  • Provide health and wellness advice to patients.
  • Record patient medical histories in the EMR system in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Prepare supplies for procedures and support doctors during exams and treatments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field preferred.
  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Maintaining valid BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
