Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs, motivation, and unwavering support.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations to assess client fitness levels, goals, and limitations.
  • Develop and implement personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, pain and stress management, and other fitness goals.
  • Motivate and guide clients throughout their workout sessions, ensuring proper technique, safety, and adapting and modifying exercises as necessary.
  • Track client progress, make adjustments to programs as needed, and celebrate achievements alongside your clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to promote healthy lifestyle choices and behavior changes.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and positive demeanor during all client interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a valid CPR/AED certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individual clients in a personal training setting (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Encouraging, positive, and enthusiastic personality that embodies the RockStar Fitness spirit.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
