Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at 10 Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal training sessions to our members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct personal training sessions with clients, creating customized workout plans to meet their individual needs and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them to stay motivated and engaged in their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
- Perform routine safety checks and report any concerns to management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- 10 Fitness approved personal training certification required.
- CPR/AED certification required.
- Course work in physical education, nutrition, physiology, and exercise science is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal Trainers are paid per training session in addition to being paid hourly. Starting pay rates are determined by personal training experience and related education background.
Client training pay range: $17.50-$34.00/hour
Non-training pay range: $12.50-$18.00/hour
