Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at 10 Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal training services to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improving their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients, taking into account their goals, fitness level, and health status.
- Conduct fitness assessments and progress monitoring to track client progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on proper exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training or a related field.
- Current certification in personal training (e.g. ACE, NASM, NSCA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
