Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Denver Milk Market. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including liquor requisitions and supply lists.
  • Comply with state liquor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain established pars and perform sidework duties as scheduled.
Qualifications
  • Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.
  • 6 months of bartending experience.
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Physical Demands
  • Lifting trays, dish racks, and glass racks.
  • Pushing carts and hotbox.
  • Carrying trays and dish racks.
  • Bending and kneeling to lower level cabinets and lift trays.
  • Continuous standing required to service guest functions.
  • Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of 8 hours.
