Rooftop Bartender

We're seeking a skilled Rooftop Bartender to join our team at Kimpton Claret Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences and delivering outstanding service.

• Pour drinks with precision and flair, using standard pour techniques and receiving orders with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop relationships with guests, creating a loyal following and driving repeat business.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with support crew and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

• 1 year of bartending experience, with a passion for crafting unique cocktails and delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge, with great communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable of credit card and cash handling procedures, as well as recording accurate tip-out sheets and calculating bill amounts.
• Flexible schedule, with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
