We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing comprehensive and confidential support and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.
  • Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify treatment needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client treatment progress in electronic medical records.
  • Provide crisis intervention as necessary to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues and effective coping strategies.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and assist in accessing community resources.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling from an accredited program.
  • Current license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and related technology.
