Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to promote positive behavioral change and improved mental health outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to maintain expertise and provide exceptional care.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.

- Flexible work schedules and a hybrid model that combines telemedicine and in-person flexibility.
- Top compensation, with opportunities to exceed $108,000 - $126,000 per year, no cap.
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred, but able to consider associate level clinicians as well.
- Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Ability to reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
