About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a fully licensed and credentialed mental health professional in the state of Oregon. Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents is preferred. Ability to provide clinical supervision is a plus.
