Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at Rural Store (Rural & Guadalupe). As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and processing donated merchandise in preparation for sale in our store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare donated merchandise for sale, including pricing, ticketing, and stocking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work station, adhering to floorwork and PPM standards.
  • Inspect donated merchandise for quality and determine proper category, size, and cleaning.
  • Identify and report any potentially hazardous or dangerous materials found during processing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
