As a Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMNHP) with InnovAge, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, clinically appropriate behavioral health care as part of a collaborative team.

Our mission is to empower seniors to live independently in their homes by providing access to a wide range of services, including social engagement, exercise programs, and expert medical care. This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role requires no on-call or weekend hours, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
