Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Support Specialist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. This role involves providing behavior support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting
  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to implement treatment goals
  • Track client progress and program data
Requirements
  • RBT Certification preferred, but not necessary for this role
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide medical benefits to eligible employees.
