Rogers Behavioral Health, a leading not-for-profit behavioral health system with over 100 years of experience, seeks an exceptional Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. With a focus on delivering top-quality psychiatric services and cutting-edge research, we offer a wide range of levels of care, including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services.

We are looking for a highly skilled provider who can serve as a team leader in our patient care model, based on a multi-faceted treatment team methodology. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in one or more levels of care, in both live and virtual environments, and support patient admissions, protocol development, quality assurance, and peer review evaluations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Attend patients at assigned locations, conduct medication management sessions, and create patient treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings, round on patients, and provide education to nursing staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with payors, interface with referring parties, and coordinate care.

**Requirements:**

  • Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Board-eligible AHP with certification preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university.

This role includes an estimated salary of $134,045 - $160,854 per year, plus an RVU bonus rate of $44.10 per RVU. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, life/disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
