About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join a non-profit mental health and substance abuse service provider in Southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients, collaborating with the care team, and working closely with the community to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans
- Provide high-quality outpatient services, including medication management and crisis unit support
- Work closely with patients of all ages to develop personalized treatment plans

Requirements and Qualifications
- Clear and active PMHNP license in the state of Florida
- 1 year of experience required in a similar role
- DEA and/or X Waiver (Data 2000) required for medication management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $117,000 - $139,000 per annum
- Relocation package available: up to $5,000 payable on the first check
