Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of therapists who share our passion for improving mental health services. As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and completing ongoing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients and collaborate with colleagues to further our mission.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training to stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field and be on track to obtain licensure in your designated field. You should also have experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with diverse populations and proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems (such as Valant) are highly valued.
