We are seeking a skilled Industrial Tooling Technician for a reputable manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine preventive maintenance (PM) across our facilities, performing mechanical repairs, and executing more intricate maintenance tasks on various machinery including extruders, blending equipment, and fabrication machines.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections, tests, and operations of machinery and equipment before they are released for production.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing electrical components, filters, hoses, valves, motors, and heat boxes.
- Tighten nuts and bolts, adjust and align rolls and rollers, and replace defective parts as necessary.
- Utilize a range of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in the execution of duties.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Please note that all job offers are contingent upon passing a negative hair sample or urine test, which is a critical component of our safety program. A follow-up test will be conducted approximately three months into employment, along with quarterly random drug screenings.
