Job Overview

Puroclean of Wolf Creek seeks a seasoned Water Damage Restoration Project Manager Lead to oversee the mitigation process.


Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience. A performance-based bonus is available, as well as free food and snacks, and uniforms provided.


Key Responsibilities

As Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of water damage restoration projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of mitigation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with water damage restoration projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation.
  • IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WTR), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).
  • Experience with MICA software, sketching, and scheduling mitigation jobs.

Location & Job Type

This is a full-time position located in Atlanta, GA, requiring in-person attendance.
