Sales Executive Job Description
  • Business Development: Actively prospect, acquire, and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, providing consultative solutions that align with our services in mitigation, restoration, and large-scale catastrophe response.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to our overall revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the restoration and construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mitigation, restoration, and construction services, including expertise in water, fire, mold, and catastrophic loss.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients at various levels.
  • Results-driven: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission structure, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement in a nationally recognized company.
