We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
