Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Fitness Coach to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness Franchise #0231. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests, educating them on our services and programs, and leading studio preview tours. You will also be responsible for conducting telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls, as well as attending community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts and answering any questions they may have.
  • Education and Training: Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
  • Studio Operations: Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members, and maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
  • Communication: Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls to ensure that members and guests are satisfied with their experience.
  • Community Building: Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory brand and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Passion for Health and Fitness: You must have a genuine passion for health and fitness and be committed to helping others achieve their goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with members and guests.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
  • Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Personal Trainer Certification: You must have a personal trainer certification or group fitness certification.
