As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with our dealer-customers and ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, focusing on trust, loyalty, and long-term collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional support to dealer-customers, addressing their needs directly or through escalation to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to support sales strategies and communicate the value proposition of EarthOptics products and services.
  • Ensure seamless dealer-customer experiences, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or other customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to distill technical results into understandable recommendations.

Compensation: $69,750-$79,000 annually, plus quarterly commissions ($95-100,000 OTE). Benefits include medical, dental & vision insurance, LTD, STD, life insurance, equity options, 401k plan, paid time off, parental leave, professional development stipend, and more.
