Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team at RTA of Iowa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work appearance, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales and customer service, is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
  • An attractive bonus structure, including a $500 fast start bonus based on production.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including our 3-6 month Management training program.
