Sales and Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Experience Representative to join our team at RTA of Iowa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to help us achieve our goals.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a proven track record of success in sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work appearance, adhering to company standards and expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales and customer service, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
- An attractive bonus structure, including a $500 fast start bonus based on production.
