Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure that all guest needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move throughout the hotel as needed.
