Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Support Professional to join our team at LEARN RESC. As a key member of our student support services, you will play a vital role in providing instructional support, student monitoring, and data collection for Special Education students.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students with autism or emotional/behavioral challenges
Collaborate with classroom teams to develop and implement instructional plans
Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and support student progress
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma and parapro certification
Experience working with children with autism or emotional/behavioral challenges and their families preferred
Experience in ABA programs preferred
