Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team at Orono Commons in Orono, ME. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
