Position Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our patients and residents daily. You will have the opportunity to form meaningful connections not only with patients but also with their families. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, social workers, and various therapists, you will gain insights into collaborative care approaches that lead to optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
*Conduct patient evaluations to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
*Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning processes.
*Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
*Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a practical nurse.
  • Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
  • Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.

Position Type: Part Time
Pay Target: $35.50 per hour
