Defense Acquisition Management Professional, Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Defense Acquisition Management Professional, Senior to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for determining an appropriate acquisition approach for Defense programs, analyzing and assessing acquisition program documentation, and leveraging expertise in acquisitions for integrated product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Determine an appropriate acquisition approach for Defense programs based on the DoD 5000 adaptive acquisition framework.
- Analyze and assess acquisition program documentation, including Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Program Baselines, and Acquisition Decision Memorandums.
- Leverage expertise in acquisitions for integrated product teams regarding statutory, regulatory, and policy analysis updates impacting acquisition documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including the Resource Sponsor, Requirements Officer, and Operational Test Authority to ensure successful program execution.
- Execute acquisition requirements, including the DoD 5000 series, OMB circulars, Defense Acquisition Guide, and DoD Guide to Planning and Scheduling.
- 5+ years of experience with DoD Acquisition in an acquisition program office, Program Executive Officer's office, or DoD Acquisition command.
- Experience with supporting an ACAT, BCAT, SCAT, or DoD adaptive acquisition framework program.
- Experience with DoD acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Program Baselines, Acquisition Decision Memorandums, or Milestone Decision Review briefs.
- Experience with DoDI 5000 series and SECNAVINST 5000 policies and documents.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with a Navy acquisition program office or program management.
- Experience with Urgent Capability, Middle Tier, Software acquisition pathways, or Defense Business Systems.
- Experience with Risk Management.
- Experience with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS).
- Experience with taking a program to a Milestone or Production decision.
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedule and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DFARS.
- Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Master's degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus.
- DAWIA Level III in Program Management or PMP Certification.

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD.
