Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rental Associate to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class guest service at one of our retail shops
  • Fitting guests with equipment and explaining how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility
  • Working together with teammates to maintain safety standards
  • Assisting with cashiering, retail sales, and other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
  • Fluent communication in English
