  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Model excellent guest and partner interaction at all times, demonstrating a professional image and a commitment to our company's mission and values.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, as well as all other normal cashier duties, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and serve Clumpies food and beverages, including scooping ice cream and serving baked goods and assorted beverages.
  • Communicate details of Clumpies Ice Cream ingredients and production process to guests, showcasing our unique offerings.
  • Assist with restocking as needed, ensuring that our shop is always well-stocked and ready for customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly shop, ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist in ensuring health codes and safety standards are followed, maintaining a high health score and ensuring the well-being of our guests and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.

**Requirements**

  • Possess an outgoing, friendly personality and a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in one-on-one and group situations, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey a professional image to guests and partners, showcasing our company's values and mission.
  • Ability to provide a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed, demonstrating a commitment to our team's success.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports and correspondence, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand regularly, and walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently, demonstrating physical stamina and adaptability.

**Salary Information**

$11.25 per hour
