Lead Cook Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cook to join our team at Quest Food Management Services. As a Lead Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items during service, ensuring that all food meets Quest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and presents menu items during service, adhering to Quest standards
  • Follows preparation lists for items needed for menu execution and assists in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Assists customers and maintains line in a consistent and professional manner
  • Performs bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning duties
  • Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries
