Lead Cook Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Cook to join our team at Quest Food Management Services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present menu items during service, adhering to Quest standards.
  • Follow preparation lists for items needed for menu execution and assist with day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Assist customers and maintain a consistent and professional line presence.
  • Perform bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning duties.
  • Assist in cold prep, salad, and grab & go production with recipes.
  • Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines.
  • Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries.
