Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted state RN license.
  • 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse.
  • Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
