Role Responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer will oversee all facets of the organization’s operations, encompassing finance, sales, marketing, technology, and consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of successfully navigating a company through challenging transitions, with a comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape. A proven ability to manage a hybrid workforce (both onshore and offshore) is essential. Strong accountability, sales leadership, and hands-on operational expertise are critical.

Key Duties Include:

  • Formulating and executing a strategic blueprint to revitalize the company's performance and position it for sustainable growth.
  • Transforming a geographically dispersed organization with siloed teams into a cohesive unit with a unified mission.
  • Holding leaders and team members to high standards of excellence and accountability.
  • Demonstrating the capability and commitment to manage a business focused on generating robust free cash flow and EBITDA.
  • Inspiring and guiding a global workforce, providing clear direction while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Overseeing financial management to ensure profitability and operational efficiency through effective cost control and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Leading the development and launch of new consulting services that align with client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Setting monthly performance targets for departments and ensuring management accountability for achieving results.
  • Revamping the corporate culture to promote high performance, encourage innovation, and adhere to established operational procedures.
  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to enhance project placement and success rates.
  • Coaching sales managers to ensure ongoing revenue growth.
  • Engaging with legal counsel on ongoing litigation and various legal matters.

Qualifications

  • MBA is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in leadership roles within the technology or consulting sectors, with a proven record of successfully guiding at least one organization through a turnaround.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong people-management and servant leadership abilities, well-organized, and experienced in a hands-on approach to coaching and developing middle management.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and make strategic decisions swiftly and confidently.
