At Heartland Human Care Services, we are dedicated to creating a profound and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children. We are actively seeking a passionate Family Reunification Specialist to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and assess family background information through interviews and document reviews.
Refer family reunification cases to partner agencies, actively participating in researching and recommending options.
Collaborate with stakeholders for unaccompanied children's services, developing best practices for family reunification.
Manage relationships with family members, sponsors, and stakeholders, maintaining professional boundaries.
Provide advanced advocacy, assessment, and case management services to individuals and families.
Participate in programmatic needs such as staff meetings, supervision, and transportation.
Complete necessary forms, case records, and reports accurately and promptly.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with social service organizations and government agencies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of related experience.
Fluency in a second language.
Current Driver's License with no prior suspension.
