Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and assess family background information through interviews and document reviews.
  • Refer family reunification cases to partner agencies, actively participating in researching and recommending options.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for unaccompanied children's services, developing best practices for family reunification.
  • Manage relationships with family members, sponsors, and stakeholders, maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Provide advanced advocacy, assessment, and case management services to individuals and families.
  • Participate in programmatic needs such as staff meetings, supervision, and transportation.
  • Complete necessary forms, case records, and reports accurately and promptly.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with social service organizations and government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Current Driver's License with no prior suspension.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Fluent in a second language.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Work Arrangement: This is an in-person role; remote work is not available.

Work Environment: Flexible scheduling and locations to meet the needs of participants and contractual obligations.
