Assist in preparing materials and resources for therapy sessions. Document student progress and maintain accurate records as required by regulations. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support speech and language goals in classroom and home environments. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies. Requirements: Associate's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field. Arizona state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Experience working with young children, particularly in early childhood or educational settings. Knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapy techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
