Job Description
This salaried position averages 40 hours per week, with standard work hours from 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required. The ideal candidate must have a physical ability to move equipment up to 55 pounds. Compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and certifications, and we are committed to offering a competitive total rewards package with potential for growth.

Qualifications and Skills
* Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networking.* Proficiency in Windows Server management (Active Directory, HyperV, Clustering, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Server, PowerShell, etc.).* Familiarity with Security and Backup Tools (Azure Entra, SIEM, SOC, EDR, Bitdefender, Watchguard, VEEAM, Zerto, etc.).* Experience with ConnectWise Tools (Automate, Manage).* Support capabilities for Office 365 and SharePoint Online.* Technical certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, and Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
