Job Summary:

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Database Programmer to join our sponsor-dedicated team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with data management and statistics departments to ensure the quality and accuracy of EDC build processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers and departments to develop and implement programming scripts for data retrieval, transformation, and representation.
  • Develop and maintain internal data quality control programs and acceptance criteria for data from external sources.
  • Lead the setup and maintenance of a suite of reports for study teams to efficiently lead their projects.
  • Implement and organize automated regular reports on study platforms and oversee correct processing of automated reports.
  • Collaborate with clinical study teams to develop ongoing data quality standards and clinical data acceptance rules.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or related area with relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical data management and/or clinical programming.
  • Working experience with Rave EDC is required.
  • Strong knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM) is required.
  • Understanding of data management and/or clinical programming processes and standards.
  • Knowledge in statistical programming using SAS software or reports programming in reporting tools.
