Statistical Programmer Lead

Priovant Therapeutics is committed to developing innovative therapies for autoimmune diseases. We are seeking a highly skilled Principal/Associate Director, Statistical Programming to join our Biometrics department. This role will provide programming support across therapeutic areas and in all phases of clinical development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of Statistical Programming from CROs, ensuring timely completion and delivery of programming tasks in accordance with data quality standards.
- Offer programming support for clinical trials, including review of datasets, CDISC components, and blinded dry run outputs.
- Collaborate with study teams to provide ad-hoc support, including production and validation of internal needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Statistical Programming requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, biostatistics, or a related field with 5 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
- Expert knowledge in SAS programming, including SAS/BASE, SAS/STAT, SAS/GRAPH, SAS/MACRO, and SAS/ODS.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with SDTM Implementation and ADaM implementation according to CDISC Standards.
- Strong understanding of statistics and the clinical drug development process.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A natural collaborator with a high sense of urgency and drive for results.
