Key Responsibilities:


The Logistics Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the effective receipt and organization of incoming shipments, as well as managing the selection and dispatch of products in a cost-efficient manner.

This role includes ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while supervising warehouse personnel.

Work Days:
Monday - Friday

Work Hours: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Core Duties:
Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders regarding warehouse operations that affect customers and logistics.

Develop and enforce operational guidelines and procedures related to production, receiving, routing, inventory management, and transportation.

Ensure the warehouse and equipment are maintained to high standards.

Implement innovative processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA).

Facilitate timely training for warehouse associates.

Address system issues that may impact the timely delivery and receipt of products.

Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production activities as needed.

Ensure adherence to food safety regulations.

Administer company-sponsored safety initiatives according to best practices.

Foster positive labor relations.

Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

Maintain consistent attendance.

Safeguard confidential company information.

Adhere to safe working practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in warehouse or logistics management is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Radio Frequency (RF) systems is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to follow safety protocols as instructed.

Capability to work independently without direct supervision.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, the associate may be exposed to varying temperatures in a warehouse environment.

The associate may also encounter outside weather conditions. Noise levels in the work environment typically range from low to moderate.
