Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler/Inventory Associate to join our team at Mammoth Distribution. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, and storage areas
  • Store deliveries to assigned locations using pallets and pallet jacks
  • Manage inventory by manually counting, identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Ensure all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order
  • Manually distribute materials for production and distribution
  • Work cooperatively with the production, inventory, and distribution teams to meet quotas and goals
  • Identify ways to enhance efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with internal standards and requirements
  • May rotate duties with other teams as needed
Requirements
  • High school graduate
  • 2-year experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and equations required
  • Basic math skills required
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including overtime
  • Capable of reading and understanding inventory documents and safety manuals
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and speak basic English
  • Ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus
  • Current forklift certifications are a plus
