Clinical Lead Role Overview



The Senior Speech Language Pathologist will work as a clinical expert and lead a team of clinicians. The role will involve assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to work with a diverse patient population.



Key Responsibilities


  • Assess patients and develop treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services to patients
  • Lead a team of clinicians and provide guidance and support
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery


Requirements


  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification in Speech Language Pathology
  • State licensure in Speech Language Pathology
  • 5+ years of experience in Speech Language Pathology, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse patient population
