About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Merchandise Associate at Marshalls. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Support sales floor recovery efforts, restocking shelves, and maintaining a well-organized store appearance.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities, ensuring a visually appealing store environment and accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
