Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist Dispatcher. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls and visitor interactions, and coordinating job scheduling and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and internal teams
  • Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform accurate and detailed data entry, including analyzing dispatch reports
  • Coordinate crew and job scheduling to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist other departments as needed to support the success of our team
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
  • Experience in a service industry environment a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
