Job Title: Integrated Program Manager

At Blue Origin, we are pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. We are seeking an experienced Integrated Program Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing systems and processes to support the production of space flight systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise to complete their tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
