Role Overview: The Field Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of small cell sites in collaboration with Nokia partners. This position requires a strong background in telecommunications integration, with a focus on ensuring effective site construction, commissioning, and integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation and integration of 4G and 5G infrastructure, including antennas, RF cabling, and power systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting for hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Supervise the use of specialized equipment, including bucket trucks, to facilitate site installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, coordinating schedules and verifying crew capabilities.
- Review and validate technical documentation, including site surveys and materials lists.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and site quality.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time.
- Experience with Nokia systems and equipment is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of RF and fiber optic technologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
