Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of Crew Members to achieve outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise shifts, ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
  • Provide leadership to Crew Members and other Managers during shifts to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Run great restaurants by supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures, communicating effectively with Crew Members, and achieving targets.
  • Manage Crew schedules, encourage high performance, and provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
  • Train new team members on critical job functions and previous leadership experience is preferred.
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
