  • Prepare and bake bread and pastry items according to Panera Bread standards
  • Execute a variety of tasks including prep, cleaning, and stocking
  • Partner with and support cafe managers and teammates as needed
  • Meet the physical demands of the job and maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum age of 18 to operate all equipment
  • Some high school education or equivalent preferred
  • Prior baking, restaurant, or food service experience
  • Ability to work independently overnight (approx. 9pm-8am)
  • Self-starter with the ability to organize duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Approved criminal background check
