Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Salt and Vine. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

• Provide Exceptional Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Craft Delicious Cocktails: Expertly mix and serve a variety of cocktails according to our recipes and standards.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Ensure that our bar area is clean, organized, and inviting to our guests.
• Work Collaboratively: Team up with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant, with a focus on craft cocktails.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer, as well as basic knowledge of Italian cuisine.
• Availability: Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
